Can you fit the Trionic rollator into a car?
Yes — a Trionic rollator will fit into most cars, but it depends a bit on your car size and whether you fold (or partially dismantle) it.
How compact does it get?
When folded, a typical Trionic Walker rollator is roughly:
- Length: ~68–85 cm
- Width: ~28 cm
- Height: ~82–90 cm
That’s about the size of a medium suitcase standing upright.
Why it usually fits
It’s designed to fold quickly using an X-frame mechanism
The wheels can be removed, making it even smaller
It’s easy to put in a car boot (trunk). You can watch a video on how to do it.
Real-world fit
- Small cars (e.g. hatchbacks)

✔ May need wheels removed if space is tight - Medium cars (sedan/estate):
✔ Fits easily in the trunk - SUVs / larger cars:

Practical tips
- Fold it flat, then lift from the frame (not the seat)
- If your trunk is shallow, remove the wheels for extra space
- You can also place it behind a front seat in some cars
