What do I do if the shipment is visibly damaged upon delivery?
Ask the driver to note the damage on the waybill/PDA before you sign for delivery, as otherwise you will be accepting the goods in their current condition.
If you do not wish to accept the shipment due to the damage, you have the right to refuse delivery before you sign for the shipment.
