Where can I trial Trionic products?
Unfortunately, we do not have any dealers close to your area carrying our products physically in the US.
But we offer you generous terms if you would like to order a walker from us on our webpage:
- Free shipping incl. the home delivery at your door.
- You can try the Veloped/Walker outdoors for one short walk, and if you are not happy with it you can return it. Please bear in mind that if you decide to return the product it needs to be in mint condition.
- If you are not satisfied with the delivered Veloped or Walker, you are guaranteed the right to return it within 14 days after the delivery, without having to explain the cause of the return.
For any product returned Trionic USA Inc. charges a 10% restocking fee, provided that the product delivered corresponds to your order. Once Trionic USA Inc. has received the returned goods in the same state as delivered, you will get 90% of the purchase amount refunded.
