Hello! How can we help you?

Who will take care of maintenance or repairs on the Walker/Veloped?

Trionic rollators need very little maintenance, and there are no service partners or service packages – you don't need them. Check the tyre pressure regularly (the correct pressure is in your user manual) and adjust the brakes about every two years. Both are done without tools and are described in the manual.

The Walker and Veloped use many standard bicycle parts, such as tyres, inner tubes and brake cables, so any local bike shop can help you with a flat tyre or a brake adjustment. Spare parts are available in our online shop.

Repairs under warranty

Trionic gives a 10-year warranty on original parts. For minor repairs under warranty we send you the parts together with instructions; in more serious cases the rollator is returned to us. Send a photo of the problem to support@trionic.com.

Lifespan and MDR

All Trionic products are classified under the EU Medical Device Regulation (MDR). With a 10-year warranty you can expect a lifespan of at least 10 years, and no service protocol or technician visits are required.

  • Very good choice for a disabled girl, almost 9 years old...!…

We bought the Trionic Veloped to our daughter. She is nine years old this summer so Veloped is not really suited for her size yet. But, we still think it works very well in terrain and that was exactly what we were searching, for such a long time!

  • A very stable rollator…

Thanks to its large pneumatic tyres, the Walker helps me to get easily over the cobblestones on the streets and pavements in my neighbourhood, Niederschönhausen (Berlin-Pankow). And other unevenness are also well cushioned.

  • From the neighbor to your own Veloped…

Saw it at my neighbor's house and bought it because I was impressed by every aspect. It looks great, handles well (the brakes and function)—which is difficult to grasp for someone with dementia (in our case), but otherwise the brakes work perfectly. …
