Rewards Terms (US)
These are the terms and conditions governing our website accounts (each an Account) and our ‘Trionic Rewards’ membership rewards programme which is available to Account holders (the Rewards Programme).
Please read these terms carefully before you register for an Account. They tell you who we are, how our Accounts and the Rewards Programmeme operate, how we may change or end the Accounts service or our Rewards Programme, and other important information. If you think that there is a mistake in the terms, please contact us to discuss.
Eligibility for Accounts and the Rewards Programme
To be eligible for Account you must:
- be resident outside Australia, or Canada;
- be at least 18 years of age (or, if the legal age of majority is greater in the country that you are resident in, have reached the age of majority); and
- have a valid email address.
To be eligible for membership of the Rewards Programme you must have an active Account, and the membership must be linked to that Account.
Our discretion to refuse membership
We may refuse an application for an Account or membership of the Rewards Programme for any reason, in our absolute discretion. We may close an Account or withdraw membership from any member of the Rewards Programme at any time in our absolute discretion (if we close your Account or withdraw your membership of the Rewards Programme you will forfeit any accrued benefits).
Multiple accounts
You can only have one Account (and only one membership for the Rewards Programme). We may merge, refuse or close additional Accounts at any time in our absolute discretion. We reserve the right to monitor the number of Accounts in any household, and to cancel any Accounts where we suspect duplicate Accounts are held by the same person (if we cancel or merge any Accounts the holder of the Account(s) that we have cancelled and/ or merged may forfeit any accrued benefits).
Personal use only
Our Accounts and the Rewards Programme are for personal use only. We reserve the right at any time to determine whether you are acting in a personal capacity or on behalf of a business. If we determine that you are using an Account or the Rewards Programme for business purposes we may cancel your Account and membership and you will forfeit any accrued benefits.
How to register for your Account
Provided you meet the eligibility criteria set out above, you can register for an Account by visiting the “My Account” page and completing the “sign up” section of the page. You must provide us with your full name, a valid email address, and any other information that we indicate that we require during the registration process.
You must keep your information up to date
It is important that you keep your information up to date so that (amongst other things) we can monitor your Account eligibility. You therefore represent and warrant to us that any information that you are required to provide to us when you register for your Account is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects, and you acknowledge that we provide you with the Account on the basis of that representation. You also undertake to promptly notify us of any changes to that information by updating the details on your Account.
Passwords and security
You will need to set up a password when you register for your Account. If you do not have set a password you can reset your password and set a new. You should not disclose your password to anyone else and you are solely responsible for keeping your Account information confidential. You must take care to prevent misuse of your Account and ensure that no one else has access to your Account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your Account or any other breach of security related to your Account.
Losses as a result of misuse or unauthorised access of your Account
We will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of any misuse or unauthorised use of your password or your Account (including, to avoid doubt, the spending of any Trionic Reward Credit you may have accrued).
Online access
Our Accounts are administered online only. You must maintain a valid email address to use your account and you must have internet access to access your account.
What to do if you do not want to be a member of the Rewards Programme
If you would like to maintain an Account, but do not want to be a member of the Rewards Programme, please contact us and we will remove you from the Rewards Programme (see below for further details). Where we have removed you from the Rewards Programme, we will no longer send you communications related to the Rewards Programme, please note that you will continue to receive communications related to your Account and any marketing communications that you have subscribed to. You will still be able to access your Account, but you will not be able to access the benefits of the Rewards Programme (and, to avoid doubt, you will forfeit any Trionic Reward Credit you have accrued).
Benefits of the Rewards Programme
As a member of the Rewards Programme you may have access to a variety of perks and benefits including access to exclusive Promotions and the ability to earn Trionic Reward Credit which can be redeemed for money off purchases on Trionic´s website. Where we refer to “trionic.com” in these terms and conditions we are referring to the Trionic online store in your country of residence.
Benefits subject to change
We may at any time in our absolute discretion vary the benefits of the Rewards Programme (including the value and availability of any Trionic Reward Credit) or withdraw benefits altogether.
How Trionic Reward Credit works
We will give you Trionic Reward Credit for qualifying purchases at our webpage.
Credits for referring a friend to Trionic
You may also earn Trionic Reward Credits if you take part in our referral programme which is exclusively available to members of the Rewards Programme. The terms and conditions applying to the Referral Programme are set out in Schedule 1 (Referral Programme Terms and Conditions).
Spending Rewards Programme Credit
Your Trionic Reward Credit will be automatically applied on your next purchase towards the cost of purchases on Trionic´s webpage. We will not exchange Trionic Reward Credit for cash and Trionic Reward Credit cannot be transferred to another person. Trionic Reward Credit cannot be used towards gift card purchases or towards purchases made using a discount code.
Returning purchases
If you return a purchase for which you earnt Trionic Reward Credit and we give you a refund, we will deduct the amount of Trionic Reward Credit that you earned for that purchase from your Account.
Other terms applying to Trionic Reward Credits
The earning of Trionic Reward Credit does not entitle you to any vested rights and does not mean that you can rely on the continued availability of any reward, benefit or Rewards Programme privilege. Trionic Reward Credit and the other benefits, privileges and rewards of the Rewards Programme are personal to you and cannot be assigned, traded, bartered, willed, exchanged for cash, or otherwise transferred.
Trionic Reward Credits have no monetary value and cannot under any circumstances form the basis of a monetary claim against us or our affiliates.
Termination
You can close your Account (and/ or terminate your membership of the Rewards Programme) at any time by contacting us via our support support@trionic.com, or by writing to us at Trionic Sweden AB, Märstagtan 8, 75323 Uppsala, Sweden.
We may close your Account (and thereby your membership of the Rewards Programme) immediately without notice at any time in our absolute discretion for any reason whatsoever.
Without prejudice to our general right to close your Account at any time:
(i) if we suspect you to be acting in breach of these terms and conditions or using your Account in a fraudulent manner or for unlawful purposes we may terminate your Account immediately and without notice and
(ii) if your Account has been inactive for 24 months we may review it and terminate it.
If your Account is closed (whether by you or by us) any accrued but unused Trionic Reward Credits will be forfeited and cancelled. You will not be entitled to any cash compensation for the forfeited credits and the credits will not be reinstated if you subsequently reopen a new Account.
Data protection
Any personal information that we collect through the Rewards Programme will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy which can be found in our Privacy Policy. In addition, we may use personal information that we collect through the Rewards Programme to administer your Account and the Rewards Programme; and to assess your eligibility for an Account. You can opt out of any marketing communications at any time by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link in any marketing communication emails we send to you.

Nobody else has any rights under this contract
If a court finds part of this contract illegal, the rest will continue in force
Our right to amend these terms

We may update, modify, suspend or terminate these terms and conditions at any time, in our sole and absolute discretion, or end the Rewards Programme or close our Accounts programme, by amending these terms and conditions and posting a notification on our website or emailing you.
