My husband is completely satisfied and can highly recommend the Waker 12.
We do a lot of walking in the woods on uneven ground. We have to remove the rear wheels because our boot is small. This is very quick to do. Thanks to all the developers of the Walker.

The concept of the Veloped transport bag is well designed and enables space-saving transport of the Veloped. A Veloped packed in this way can also be transported by DB/Hermes without any problems. The sturdy fabric material and the fitted zips ensure secure packaging. The two bags for the wheels, which are part of the three-part packaging concept, also allow the Veloped to be transported in three separate parts.

The transport bag is a well-thought-out packaging concept overall and the only points that stand out as negative are the weak ring on the zip for attaching a lock and the relatively high price.

Bought the Veloped Trek. I have Charcot Marie Tooth Disease and have had increasing difficulty walking even with two hiking poles. Last week I was able to hike in the Beartooth Mountains and Yellowstone National Park for the first time in many years. The trek is amazing! Great stability. Made very well.

Tyres for all-terrain rollator
Certainly, very suitable for an all-terrain rollator. We used the tyre for a wheelchair traction drive. The studs wore out far too quickly.

So much easier to use than the 12er. The fact that it can climb most curbs in Boston is nothing short of genius! The 14 inch wheels make on and off-roading such a breeze and a very smooth ride throughout! I go about 7 miles a day on my Veloped, and I’m so thankful for the design, endurance, and ease of use. Taking the wheels on and off is kind of fun once you get the hang of it, and fits in most cars pretty easily. Thanks for the amazing walker, I’m so grateful!!!

We are not at all satisfied. We have sent you another e-mail as we were unable to fit the two tyres. We also sent you a photo so that you could see that the tyres we received were not the ones we wanted. We never received a reply.

Your customer service is terrible. We are very disappointed.
We also took the tyres to a bike dealer, who was also unable to help us fit them.
