10-Year Guarantee for Velopeds/Walkers*

Trionic guarantees all original parts on the Veloped and the Walker for a period of ten years from the date of purchase, excluding parts that are subject to normal wear; tyres, inner tubes, brake pads, brake cables, brake drums, grips and textile parts. Varnish damage is not covered by this guarantee.

The above guarantee is limited to the repair or replacement of a defective frame or defective part, and is the sole remedy under this guarantee. Claims under this guarantee should be accompanied by a photo of the defective part, a description of the defect, the serial number of the Veloped or Walker, and a copy of the original purchase receipt. The guarantee only covers Velopeds/Walkers purchased directly from Trionic, or through an authorized Trionic dealer.

The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, improper assembly or follow-up maintenance, installation of parts or accessories not originally intended or compatible with the Veloped/Walker as sold, damage or failure due to accident, misuse or neglect, or modification of the frame or components.

Where a part is replaced under this guarantee, Trionic will fully assist you with written instructions and video demonstrations. If replacing the part requires a skilled mechanic, or a person authorised by Trionic to carry out repairs, Trionic will contact a bicycle dealer or a mobility shop near your address to have the part replaced. The cost of the repair will be paid by Trionic.

Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by this guarantee.
