A rollator that goes where your legs want

Many people hesitate to start using a rollator, even though the need is often quite obvious. It can feel like too big a step, something negative, something you'd rather put off. But waiting to make the decision often means we're forced to give up daily outdoor activities. Instead, we become sedentary. If you're hesitating, take a look at our Veloped, which is actually the only truly all-terrain rollator on the market. It looks more like a baby jogger than an assistive device, a modern machine built for you

A rollator doesn't have to be something you use all the time, but something that makes it easier to get out and move around. To be able to do the entire walk you've planned, and not just as far as your legs can handle that particular day.

With the right help at the right time, you can continue to live the life you want, and also maintain both your mobility and your freedom.

For you who doesn't want to slow down

When your balance changes and your body doesn't quite keep up with what you actually want to do, a walking aid that only works on smooth ground isn't enough. That's exactly why the Veloped exists – built to handle more than nice living room floors and smooth asphalt.

With its unique all-terrain design and patented climbing wheel, it makes its way over roots, gravel, forest paths, rocks, snow and curbs, without getting stuck on the way.

With its climbing wheel, the Veloped can handles obstacles up to 6"/13 cm in height (and 6"/15 cm with 14" wheels). It is perfect for forest paths, for gardening and for daily exercise walks.

A rollator that attracts attention, even at technical museums that display new technology

In the spring of 2026, the Veloped will become part of the Swedish Museum of Technology's permanent exhibition on Swedish innovation. The model on display has been used since 2012, both in everyday life and on a long hike from France to the coast of Spain. A perfect example of how far a rollator can take you when it is built to handle much more than you thought possible.

The fact that our Veloped is being featured in such a technical exhibition shows how new, modern technology can be used to create freedom of movement and safety. Not just in theory, but in real life.

A result of engineering and everyday life

The Veloped was developed in 2006 in a development project on fall prevention at KTH, the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden. It was there that the realization arose that many people avoid assistive devices, even though they would benefit greatly from them. Often because they do not fit the life the user actually lives.

It was the start of something new. A rollator that works in real life. On gravel roads, in gardens and over curbs. For you who want to continue doing what you've always done.
